The Norwegian record label Jazzlandrec was founded in 1996 by Bugge Wesseltoft with the primary aim of releasing his album "New Conception Of Jazz". Since then the label has grown, with a catalogue of over 250 albums by the likes of Eivind Aarset, Beady Belle, Sidsel Endresen, Solveig Slettahjell, Håkon Kornstad, Maridalen, Harald Lassen, Maria Kannegaard, Neon Ion and Henrik Schwarz.
